I was taken to Rouge in North Miami by a guy I was seeing a few weeks ago and am definitely going to go back! We ate dinner outside on the deck overlooking the intercostal. As an appetizer we shared a dozen of the Oysters recommended to us by our server. I am normally not a big oyster person, but these exceeded my expectations! As an entrée I enjoyed the Salmon “Kulebjaka,” this dish was presented beautifully and was the perfect portion. My date had the Marinated Skirt Steak, he said it was delicious. I look forward to going back there again for another amazing meal.

I have never had a better rack of lamb! Rouge Waterfront Dining in North Miami prepared a rack of lamb that melted in my mouth. They paired the lamb with charred Brussels sprouts that were to die for. I can’t wait to go back for Sunday Brunch and try another treasure on their menu paired with their all you can drink Mimosas!

This past weekend I went to Rouge Waterfront Dining for the $30 BBQ. Rouge Waterfront Dining is the place to go if you want to be seen. This was my third time at Rouge and I will definitely go back again!

My parents were in town last weekend and I wanted to bring them to a new restaurant and try something different. They live in Malibu and always claim the restaurant scene in their area beyond exceeds that of Miami. After googling popular restaurants in the area, I came across Rouge in North Miami Beach and decided to give it a try. Clearly, it was a great decision because they haven’t stopped talking about it. Our waiter recommended that we try the Tuna Tartare Tacos, and it was a great choice. We had to stop my father from ordering a second order in fear that he wouldn’t have room for his main course. For my main course, I ordered the Rack of Lamb and it was phenomenal. I could not get enough. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

We recently came back down to Miami to have a relaxing weekend. After a long day of shopping and sitting on the beach, all I wanted to do was sit down for a nice dinner. I had been to Rouge before, and had been impressed. The super chic and sexy interior matches the Miami atmosphere. The crowd was young and there were beautiful men everywhere!! After our delicious dinner, we ventured next door to the C Lounge and Cigar Bar and partied with some of the guys that we met at the beach. It was a fun night, and I can’t wait to go back!

Rouge happens to be one of my favorite places in the area to go for drinks. The bar is always flooded with great people, looking to socialize and have fun. The cocktail list is unique, featuring different martinis, margaritas and mojitos, perfect for the crowd. I always order their mixed berry mojito and appetizers when I’m with a group of friends. We’ve tried their Tuna Tartar Tacos and Smoked Scallops, both of which I would come back for in a heartbeat. I find myself at Rouge usually once a week. The views of the water are gorgeous, and it’s always a good time. I highly recommend you check this place out whether you’re in the area for a short period of time, or just looking for a new spot in Miami.

All of my friends have raved about Rouge. I went by this weekend to check it out and it did not disappoint! I tried the Atlantic salmon and it was cooked to perfection! I usually am very picky about eating out, but I’ve even talked my boyfriend into coming here for our anniversary dinner!

Beautiful view, and even better food. Rouge is a welcome departure from the ordinary. I was pleased to see all the seafood options, because these are my absolute favorite. My boyfriend had the best short ribs, but he was even more excited to go to C Lounge Cigar Bar after we finished our 3 course meal. The décor of both venues added to our night. Great place to spend a date night!

Rouge Waterfront Dining in North Miami Beach is such a great place to go for dinner and drinks. I'm always so amazed at how beautiful the space is then you look out and the view is amazing too.
