Eating disorder treatment center providing mental health and nutrition counseling. Providing individual outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient programs in Carmel, Indiana.
Eating disorders are complex given their biological, genetic, psychological, social, and cultural roots. Treatment at RoundTable Wellness addresses the root cause(s) of the eating disorder, not just the symptoms. Our treatment team understands these complexities and are deeply committed to provide guidance so our clients can achieve lasting recovery. We include family and loved ones at all levels of treatment as appropriate.
