About us
Through active listening and thoughtfulness, my primary duty is prescribing medication for psychiatric illness. I have experience in managing most mental health disorders and currently practice with Katie's Way in Manhattan on Saturdays via televideo.
I started as a psychiatric RN on the inpatient units at the Topeka VA hospital. After becoming certified as a PMHNP, I worked for Pawnee Mental Health Services in Junction City, KS. I then went into private practice fulltime, doing business as Pinnacle Behavioral Health LLC. Currently, in addition to working with Katie's Way, I am the attending provider for the residential Stress Disorders Treatment Program at Colmery-O'Neal VA Medical Center.
