Rudd Equipment Company in Leetsdale is not a good place to do business with. Their service and parts departments are awful. They never have the parts needed, it takes days to get them and then most of the time they are wrong. We bought a EC140B (brand new so we wouldn't have these issues)it is a lemon but Rudd or Volvo will not stand behind their product. With less than 1600 hours the motor had to be replaced, the computer 3 times, the entire fuel system and countless of other issues Which I had to pay for on top of buying this piece of junk. We are a small family business and this machine almost put us under last year! I will never buy another Volvo machine again!
