At Rug Jungle, we operate by one principle: Do the right thing. That means charging a fair price for an excellent product, being personally accessible to our customers by cell phone and email, and providing personalized customer service before, during, and after every sale. We don't bury our phone number or route you through a call center in India; if you're taking the time to consider buying our products, we're happy to spend the time making sure you get exactly what you want.
Rug Jungle is Joe DeGaetano and Paul Betbeze, two longtime friends from Hixson, Tennessee (just outside Chattanooga) who wanted to create an online shopping experience that's free from all the hassles, schemes, and noise that makes it so hard to shop online without feeling like someone is out to get you.
