About us
Ryan Gianatasio, MD, is a board-certified Vascular and Interventional Neurologist at Neurology and Rehabilitation in Rapid City. Dr. Gianatasio completed fellowships in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology at Texas Stroke Institute in Plano and in Vascular Neurology at Albany Medical Center in NY. He was also Chief Resident of Neurology and conducted his internship in Internal Medicine at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Gianatasio obtained a doctorate from St. George’s University School of Medicine in St. George’s Grenada, West Indies and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stonehill College North Easton, Mass.
Previously, Dr. Gianatasio was Attending Physician/Stroke & Neuroscience Medical Director at Piedmont Neuroscience Institute in Rock Hill, SC.
