This place is awful if you are dropping off your laundry. I've used their drop off services for the past 6 months and they have lost something of mine each month. Once it was my laundry bag! Never got anything back. Plus I get other people's things in my laundry about as often. DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!
