I have done business with S & A for over 10 years. The first time, I made a trip to California ti meet him and see his shop. Don has always been very helpful, honest, and friendly. He always knows who I am when I call, and if he is not there, his staff is just as friendly and helpful. I ahve recommended him to several of my friends that are in the jewelry business and they have thanked me for letting them know about S & A. I have been buying products for my jewelry business from S&A Wholesale Fashion for over 10 years now. I stock a few small companies and have 2 retail outlets of my own. I have a very high level of expectations in the service that goes along with the product I purchase. Not only does S&A meet my requirements but they exceed them each time. I am always pleased with the quality of the items and have confidence in presenting them to my customers. When I am reselling an S&A product I know it is something my customers will be happy with and come back to me for. The customer service that they give is very oriented to helping your business succeed and they are truly concerned with it. It is not just something they say. Sometimes I have asked for assistance in decisions regarding different products and I can say it is truly refreshing to get an honest response that is in MY interest. Finally, I will add that I have purchased items from other companies quite a few times over these years. Each one of those times has brought me to question myself – why did I? When a company is most concerned with the bottom line then it simply can’t offer what S&A does. The real difference is more than just a good quality product. I feel the real difference is honesty and integrity and that seems to be the S&A bottom line.
