I am a licensed clinical therapist in the states of New Jersey and Delaware with 10 years of professional clinical mental health experience. My focus of practice is individual therapy within the adult psychiatric population. I have years of experience treating adult patients experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, mood instability, or anger management. My approach to therapy is encouraging, warm, and humanistic. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
