When your child suffers, you suffer, too. Sometimes you’re not sure whether a concerning behavior is a passing phase or a sign that your child needs professional help. The Psychiatric Center for Children and Adolescents at Providence Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital can provide answers and relief.

Our pediatric psychiatrists provide a wide array of services, from outpatient diagnosis and care to short-term hospital-based services. We help kids age 12 to 18 get back on track after a mental health emergency. We work with other medical specialists to provide safe emergency evaluation, stabilization, referrals and treatment.
