Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in.
I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring.

These guys were very nice. They were only 10 minutes late but gave us a huge discount. Good work, nice and professional, they also did extra odd jobs around the apartment.
