Since Safeguard Realty Management, Inc was founded in 1991 by Ivan F. Villarruel, it has quickly grown in size and recognition. Safeguard is a fully integrated real estate property management, brokerage and advisory firm dedicated to assisting clients ranging from individuals to institutional investors. During this time, SRM has managed and advised on properties in excess of 10 million square feet and valued at more than one billion dollars.
