About us
Located on the first floor of Building A, the Salem Health Laboratory is licensed through the State of Oregon Health Authority. Lab orders from a physician are required, but no appointment is needed. The laboratory and each patient draw center participates in testing and inspection programs. We are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Phone hours may vary. Please visit our website for more information.
