About us
Salil Kulkarni, MD is an interventional pulmonologist and critical care physician at Saint Luke’s Pulmonary Specialists. Dr. Kulkarni specializes in the minimally invasive diagnosis and management of complex airway, pleural, and thoracic diseases, with clinical expertise in robotic bronchoscopy, advanced endobronchial interventions, and pleural procedures.
Dr. Kulkarni completed his internal medicine residency at BronxCare Hospital Center in New York. He then served as an assistant professor of medicine and academic hospitalist at the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC) School of Medicine. He went on to complete a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at UMKC, followed by an interventional pulmonology fellowship at the University of Cincinnati.
