About us
My name is Sally Bauer; I am a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Advantage, in Apex, NC. I started my career as a Residential Real Estate Agent in 2011. I wanted to become an agent because: 1.) I love researching real estate and looking at houses, 2.) It brings joy to my life to help others achieve their goals. I like to find out what my client’s “wants and needs” are and be able to help them find their dream home. I’ve work extensively with Military personnel. I have experience with Military moves and know the challenges they present. I’ve also worked a lot with first time home buyers and have the answers to the questions they have. I’ve lived in Fuquay Varina, NC since 2006.
