About us
Samantha Warden, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages. She offers a broad range of preventive services, including physicals for children, adults, and seniors; well-baby visits; pediatric visits; well-woman exams; immunizations; and care to LGBTQ+ individuals. She treats conditions such as asthma, diabetes, obesity, colds, flu, vitamin deficiencies, and mental health issues. Additionally, she performs in-office procedures, including minor skin procedures and joint injections. She also prescribes weight-management medications, vitamin deficiency therapy, and provides contraception management.
