We have had 3 service calls with them since last year and have been VERY happy every time with their ability to quickly dispatch a courteous and professional service personnel to resolve our issues. My wife had to pick up our kiddo from school today so left the garage door open. Even though I gave their official permission for them to work on the door while we were away, the serviceman Tim (if I remember correctly) was courteous and still called for permission to enter my garage. The office also honored the agreed upon REASONABLE price that Tim had to clarify for us, due to minor communication issues, which I appreciate. Honest business doing the quality job, highly recommended.

I am very impressed with the service and door I bought through Electric Gate Repair Altadena Corp. I ordered one of their standard wood carriage doors by shopping their website and talking out the details with their receptionist/representative over the phone. She was able to search out my house on google maps, and along with the tech that went out an measured my garage, was able to make a recommendation that was both a nice look and very quick order turnaround time. The price she quoted was surprisingly reasonable. When the tech came out, he was very careful to install the door so that it rested evenly against the concrete floor even though my garage is old and not plumb or level. They also included a coded key pad outside the door, and another at the door entrance inside the garage, along with an overhead light --all part of the package. I was surprised all that was included and thought they had misquoted me the price, but when it came to write a check it was the same amount quoted over the phone. The door is also very quiet when it opens and closes. This is the 3rd company I searched out and got a bid from, and by far the best. Very happy with my beautiful garage --thanks!
