Mike was wonderful to work with. He responded immediately to our inquiry, set up an appointment within a few days, (even though Christmas fell in-between,) showed up promptly at the rearranged time, and fixed our broken spring in half an hour. He also oiled all hinges, took time to show me how to take care of things, and even evaluated our garage door motor - which he concluded did not need to be replaced. He will not take advantage of you by selling you something you don't need! He was also very personable and nice to work with. I would certainly use him again if a need arises, and recommend his services highly!
