My garage door was popping-up sporadically and we called Electric Gate Repair. Bill came out to trouble-shoot and adjusted the sensor but told us that our railing was the likely culprit (wrong rails and angles). He gave us a qoute and my husband and I mulled over it. We finally decided to change the rail and the motor when the door started popping up again. We scheduled for them to come out and the window was between noon-2. I called Bill at 1:50pm and he checked in with the installer and found out that he was running late for at least an hour. Within 30mins he called me back to say that he was really sorry for the inconvenience with the timing and that he was going to upgrade our motor.
Dylan came and installed the motor and found out that the railing in the original kit won't fit my garage door. He came back the next day to finish the job. He was very detail oriented and that was probably why he was late. It feels like both Bill and Dylan are the "rather do it right or not do it at all" type of guys.
