Even though my mother had a bad experience (they lost my great grandmothers diamonds) at the arboretum location, I didn't think anything of it and went into the location at Lakeline mall. It started great and ended up figuring out that it would be better to customize a ring. This is where everything went from not bad at all to me about to hit ANGEL the one and only jeweler for this store square in his slanted face. Never in any way have i been treated the way he treated us and I would never wish this kind of customer service on anyone. So now i have 2 stories to tell all my friends and family about how every location sucks and Angel is and complete idiot with zero respect for customers. He was short and just kept telling me how i didn't know what i was talking about and that he had been a horrible jeweler for 25 years (what ever that means he's still a complete idiot) and how he's been doing it for that long, weird because he obviously is still an idiot and cant talk to another...
