SAP Evaluation

A Substance Abuse Evaluation is for NON- DUI, Employment, SAP, DOT, DFCS, Probation, Pretrial, Attorneys or pre-indictment/arraignment purposes. Individuals are referred to be evaluated based upon the underlying offense, case or employment. The types of cases may vary.

Some of the most common causes are (possession of controlled substance), (possession with intent), (reckless driving), (theft by receiving), (minors in possession of alcohol-MIP), (criminal trespass), (battery), (disorderly conduct), (failing a drug test on the job), (inquiries as to parenting ability based on substance dependence), etc..
