About us
Sara is a licensed clinical social worker. She received her Master of Science in Social Administration (MSW) from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelors of Art from Baldwin-Wallace University.
Prior to joining Providers for Healthy Living, Sara worked as a therapist in community mental health, schools, and outpatient settings. She also has several years of experience working with military families.
Sara utilizes a collaborative and strengths-based approach to help navigate life challenges, including Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused and Person-Centered techniques.
