Sara Horne is Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She began her career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant, supporting patient needs and fostering a strong foundation in hands-on care.
Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Francis Marion University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Walden University. Her advanced education and clinical expertise allow her to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions, with a focus on patient education and preventative care.
With a passion for promoting wellness and building lasting patient relationships, Sara provides high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each individual she serves at MUSC Health Primary Care Marion. Sara is dedicated to building lasting relationships and helping individuals and families achieve their best possible health.
