About us
Sarah Schulze is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her BSN from Indiana State University and her MSN from University of Illinois at Chicago. She has an extra certification in pediatric mental health and her passion is working with children, adolescents, and young adults to help them create a foundation of wellness on which they can grow.
As a mother herself, Sarah understands the love and worry that goes into making choices about your child's health. She strives to partner with children, teens, and their parents to create individualized treatment plans that feel good to everyone and place the family at the center of the process.
