She is a member of the American Society for Colposcopic and Cervical Pathology, American Osteopathic Association, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Dr. Sarah Shelden attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She achieved her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Her residency in obstetrics and gynecology was completed at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
