After obtaining her Bachelor's in Homoeopathic Medicine in India, she pursued nursing in the United States, culminating in an MSN degree with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization. Savita's skills include evidence-based decision-making, comprehensive assessments, and effective communication. Her five years of ICU experience at MUSC honed her expertise in critical care and leadership, precepting new nurses and students. As a proactive member of professional associations, including AANP and ANA, Savita remains updated on the latest healthcare trends. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
