The Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
The FE exam is the first step towards gaining a license in the engineering field. It is a 6-hour computer-based test (CBT), which you can take any time throughout the year. The exam is offered in seven disciplines: FE Chemical, FE Civil, FE Electrical and Computer, FE Environmental, FE Industrial and Systems, FE Mechanical, and FE Other Disciplines.

FE Environmental Review Course Structure
Environmental engineering is a multidisciplinary field that is a combination of biological, chemical, and physical sciences. Environmental engineers work to protect the Earth’s ecological balance and natural resources. They utilize their knowledge to defend the environment from the adverse impacts of pollution and improper waste disposal. If you want to conserve the environment, then specializing in environmental engineering might be for you.

Students who want to become environmental engineers must prepare for the FE Environmental exam. Passing this exam will prepare them to pursue a PE license one day. The FE Environmental review course is composed of refresher classes and workshop sessions.

Refresher classes: The refresher classes review topics and practice problems that are likely to appear on the exam.

Workshop sessions: The workshop sessions are for practicing and implementing the skills you will use on the exam.

Course Formats:
For the FE Environmental course, we offer the Live Online and Ondemand options for our students.

Live Online: Our Live Online method offers specialized guidance by our instructors in online sessions, and allows students to prepare for the FE Environmental exam from the comfort of their homes. It gives students the structured schedule of a classroom setting without having to travel to onsite locations.

Ondemand: Our Ondemand delivery method gives instant access to video recordings, refresher notes, and workshop problems for the course. This gives students the option to start the course immediately. Students can choose 4-, 6-, and 8-month access packages.
