Scottsdale Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) facility offering outpatient opioid use disorder care. MAT can benefit adults age 18 and older who are struggling with an addiction to opioid drugs such as heroin or prescription painkillers. Adults who participate in MAT at Scottsdale CTC receive a prescription for a medication such as methadone to reduce the severity of the physical symptoms of opioid withdrawal. Along with receiving medication, adults also take part in individual and group therapy sessions to address the mental health symptoms of addiction and promote long-term healing and recovery.
