I have twice made the mistake of taking my car to Sears Auto in Tarentum. 4 o'clock scheduled appointment for a state inspection today --- Took 3 hours before this was completed.....Are you kidding?!?! Car was not taken in till 6. Same thing happended last time. Technical service may be fine (no basis for comment) however their customer service and 'appointment' times are a joke. Not returning........ever.
