I have been a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for 29 years. No matter what role I am in, I bring my compassion for the human spirit, my commitment to helping people, and my years of expertise to help you in the best way. My experience includes therapy and medication management for persons with depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and addictions. My goal is to empower people to begin making changes to make their lives healthier and more meaningful. My approach is through building a relationship of trust, challenging negative patterns of thinking and behavior and growing new ways to manage your life.
