About us

The Select Physical Therapy clinic on Fuller Court is located in the Franconia/Kingstowne area of Alexandria, Virginia in Fairfax County. We offer general physical therapy services that range from orthopedic/manual therapy to neurological rehabilitation. We also treat children with orthopedic diagnoses as well as seniors for fall prevention education and balance training. We provide wheelchair and scooter assessments. Through our WorkStrategies Program we provide work conditioning for injuried workers. We are proud to provide 1:1 care with individualized treatment plans. We have a clinician fluent in Spanish to serve our Latino clients. Our goal is improve function of all of our patients.
