About us
Fabian Chavez, or 'Fab' as his patients often call him, is the Center Manager for Select Physical Therapy's newest center in Gilbert. Fabian has vast experience in treating outpatient physical therapy and sports/orthopedic injuries and has his specialty certification in orthopedic manual therapy (COMPT). He specializes in restoring function to individuals after injury, trauma or surgery through the use of advanced manual techniques, traditional therapeutic exercises and modalities as well as the integration of the Nintendo Wii game system for balance/proprioception and return to sport programs.
