At Select Physical Therapy in Fayetteville, we pride ourselves on being the provider of choice for our patients. Our past clients frequently request to come back to our facility when they require care for functional limitations or disability. Our vibrant, loving staff consists of our region's Center Support Specialist, two part-time Physical Therapists, a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant and our full-time Center Manager/Doctor of Physical Therapy. In our tight knit family of therapists, we have experience in every facet of therapy that allows our staff to craft a specially individualized program to meet your needs. Currently we have two therapists that are manually trained clinicians which affords us the opportunity to not just see our clients as a diagnosis or body part, but treat the whole body.
