My name is Kate Soper, P.T., COMT, Center Manager for Select Physical Therapy in Surprise and Peoria. My staff and I are dedicated to helping our patients return to activities of work and play should they be interrupted by injury or surgery. Our progressive programs and hands-on approach with individual care result in positive outcomes for our patients.
