Dr Foong is a native of Singapore and practices Family Medicine at Stanford Medicine Partners Primary Care San Ramon. He completed medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016, and Family Medicine residency as Chief Resident at Jefferson Health Northeast in 2019. He practiced rural Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea MN for 5 years and joined Stanford Medicine Partners in 2024. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and sees patients of all ages. Professional interests include preventative care, complementary medicine, medical coding, and AI in Healthcare.
