Serenity Wellness and Therapy

At Serenity Wellness & Therapy, our mission is to help you live well! Through psychotherapy, life coaching, & career coaching, we work with motivated individuals to reduce their symptoms of stress & anxiety, as well as set and achieve goals. Together, we discuss ways to cope, how to set boundaries, and when to say "no".
We also work with teens (ages 15 +) and adults who experience anxiety, panic attacks, social phobia, and low self-esteem.
