Have come to these guys with all manner of computer issues over the years - mainly relating to my laptops, and they have been unfailingly AWESOME. They always take the trouble to understand the problem and your parameters for solving it (money vs. time &c) and talk you through the options. The folks who work there is solidly knowledgeable and able to adjust to different types of users they are just as good with technician. I highly recommend them.
