SFX is a professional, fully loaded facility designed to meet all of your fitness needs. From youth fitness to professional athletes, casual exercisers to hardcore enthusiasts, you can get what you need. The Uprising is a community of fitness warriors based out of SFX who are fighting to take back their health and their life by working on self and inspiring others. It is a results based fitness system with accountability in place. Gone are the days of staying status quo or going to the gym just to work out blindly.
