Shalini Singh-Karnik, MD, is board-certified in family medicine and fellowship-trained in integrative medicine. Her expertise and interests include integrative health consults based on the whole health model, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, food as medicine, acupuncture/cupping and shared medical visits. She collaborates with patients to promote selfcare, navigate life transitions, foster mindfulness, treat mental and physical health issues and reach their highest health potential. Dr. Singh believes in empowering patients to become actively engaged in their health journey.
