Sharon's professional career started in 2000 in Philadelphia when she entered the Real Estate Industry, helping buyers secure their mortgages. Early in her career, she consistently remained in the top 1% in the country each year, and then was promoted by the organization to open, and fully staff their first branch in Delaware. Their first month open, the branch won the Highest Volume Award for branch openings in the Company's history.

Soon after, she received an amazing offer to relocate to Florida. From there, she received their National Top 1% Award for 5 years, while maintaining 100% customer service scores annually. She was then promoted to management and opened, and fully staffed, a branch in South Orlando.

At SouthState, Sharon is guiding you smoothly through the lending process, whether purchasing, building, or refinancing your home. In 2023, she ranked #1 in the Company for number of closings with 244 successful homes closed, at over $75 million.
