The purposes of the letter are to convey our appreciation for a job well done and commend two of the workmen who played dominant roles in the work. This project involved painting several rooms and the high-ceiling entryway, and repairing and repainting the exterior trim on our twostory home. Some specific examples are given to highlight why we are pleased with the
services provided.
The project got of to a solid start when Tony responded quickly to our telephone inquiry to
Shaw, accommodated coming in the evening when I was of work, and arrived on time to
inspect the area and prepare an estimate for services. The estimate he provided was detailed and accurate. This gave a sound basis from which adjustments were made when we decided three (rather than the standard two) colors would be needed to fulfil! our desires for detailing certain areas.
