Shay’s professional experience includes her current role as a Behavioral Case Manager at Self Theory LLC, where she works with justice-involved and high-risk populations. She provides comprehensive case management services, including crisis intervention, care coordination, and life skills support, while collaborating with outreach teams to promote community reintegration and stability.
