About us
Robert Hoffman is the owner of Shear Talent, newly retired and starting to enjoy life outside the salon. The salon has been in existence for 45 years. Robert’s wife Kim is still a active stylist at the salon. Robert believes his success comes from the continuous education provided for his stylists.Shear Talent has over 40 employees. This includes 24 talented hairstylists, most of which have been behind the chair at Shear Talent for 15 years or more, plus 2 nail technicians.
