Pilates & Personal Training Studio. One of the original businesses located along Eastern Ave in Columbia Tusculum. Private sessions are offered as well as small group sessions and classes. Small group classes increase your safety on the equipment. Having smaller group classes gives a semi-private feel at a group price. We also address any personal issues you may have. We are a small, welcoming community here for your fitness needs.
