The Sheridan Station Apartments is a new eight-story development conveniently located just steps from both the Sheridan Station Light Rail Station on RTD’s W line and a regional bike trail that runs through Lakewood/Dry Gulch Park. As an incentive for living at Sheridan Station Apartments, one RTD Neighborhood EcoPass (NECO) will be given to each household. The 133 new apartments offer residents full service kitchens with dishwasher, range, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, garbage disposal, storage closet, in‐unit washers and dryers, and cable/internet wiring.
