About us
Medicine with care. Welcome to Shield Medical Group, the office of Kulmeet Kundlas. I have been serving Central Florida for the last 22 years. I completed my medical school India and then immigrated to the United States. I finished residency at New York Methodist Hospital Brooklyn New York in 1997 and started my practice Lake Wales, Florida. I was very fortunate that Dr. Sukumar Mathan joined my practice later on. We served our patients with head, heart, and hands. We provided them evidence-based care timely and compassionately. Our practice grew from Lake Wales to Winter Haven and Haines City.
