Don't buy anything from Shivum Jewelry Outlet or their auction division- SMRJ Auctions. They misrepresent their jewelry and refuse to give full refunds in contrast to their published return policy terms.
If you have a problem with them you we either have to settle for receiving a refund less than your original purchase price or you will have to chase them in civil court.
They don't even have a business voice mail when you call. They use a Magic Jack phone number that they never answer. Very sketchy.
Take my advice, DON'T EVEN CONSIDER GOING TO THIS JEWELER or BID ON SMRJ AUCTIONS.
There are plenty of good reliable jewelers in downtown LA. Just look them up on Yelp. Stay away from these scam artists.
