About us

We are a boutique yoga and pilates studio offering smaller classes with personal attention from highly trained, certified instructors. Our special beginner and therapeutic yoga classes and expert alignment instructions so you get the most out of each class. Shree Yoga is beautiful and secluded, with an eastern-facing wall of windows that looks out on a courtyard and the sparkling Saddle River. We are located in Bergen County minutes from: Ridgewood, Allendale, Paramus, Montvale, Mahwah and Ramsey. Ten percent of after tax profits goes to charities supporting the under-privileged both locally and overseas.

Both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. We want you to try our studio, so we offer an unbeatable special for first-time local students of 20 consecutive days of yoga for only $30. This makes sampling our yoga classes and expert teachers easy and stress free.
