Sidekicks Family Martial Arts Center in Fishhawk, Wimauma-lithia is great for kids/adults of all ages and abilities.

I've been going to Sidekicks Martial Arts - Lithia with my kids for the past 10 months. For the fist 8 months I sat in the waiting area, did homework with one child while the other was in class and fielded emails and phone calls from work while my kids took Amazing TKD classes designed for their specific age /stage of development!

Two months ago, I got off my behind and off the smartphone and took a ILoveKickboxing.com - Lithia class. I LOVE IT! I had never taken any kind of fitness class and did not know what to expect. Supportive, pushing us to do our best, fast paced, and stress eliminating, is what I discovered!

I've dropped at least 10 lbs. I'm stronger. I'm less stressed out. My kids are more focused, more fit, they are doing better in school, and they aspire be as awesome as their instructors! Huge thank you to the amazing family of instructors at Sidekicks!

I was looking for a school that had discipline, structure, taught self control and self awareness. I got all that and more with Sidekicks. The instructors go above and beyond. They make it fun too. Our boys love it.

The sidekicks family martial arts centers is a great place to be at. All ages from 3 to even 50 year olds will enjoy the focus and fitness driven classes. Children really excel in learning self-defense and self-discipline in a fun environment. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and driven in teaching everyone there, including parents into how to make the best character. They even have extra programs like kickboxing and Krav Maga, and other free-friday seminars, so this place is really dedicated to self-defense. I believe that this is the best martial arts place to be!
