About Sierra Village Apartments Nestled in the Sierra Nevada resort town of Truckee, California, and a short drive from Lake Tahoe, Sierra Village Apartment Homes consists of six freestanding buildings with 72 units of family living. The complex is a mixed use development with both market rate, tax credit and HOME units seamlessly blended into one community. A separate clubhouse, equipped with a full kitchen and stone fireplace, houses a Computer Learning Center for all of the tenants. A large recreation area for outdoor activities and a play area for children of all ages are provided on the forested grounds. Sierra Village has three unit sizes ranging from two to four bedrooms.
